Event Description

Students and employees can participate in activities over 3 days to help get a break and manage the stress from studying and school work. 

Monday, December 4 

11:00 am – 2:00 pm – Aboriginal Resource Centre - Drop-in Room 1-773 

  • Sacred Ceremony of Smudging by request with Cultural Advisor and Elder Darlene McIntosh 

  • Beading with Stephanie and Kat 

12:10 – 12:50 pm  – Lower Body Sculpt in the Weight Room

1:00 – 8:00 pm Gym Drop In  
Drop by the gym to burn some stress playing basketball, badminton, pickleball and more! 

Tuesday, December 5

  • Free pizza lunch for students and employees with pop, fruit and cookies

  • Therapy dogs

  • Stressbuster bingo 

  • Back massagers and happy lights

  • CNCSU tables and games

  • Friendship bracelets – 4th section of Cafeteria

  • Music and prizes

12:00 – 1:00 pm – Lululemon Yoga in the Gym

Wednesday, December 6 

12:00 – 1:00 pm – White Spruce City Chorus Concert in the Gathering Place 

Take a break over the lunch hour and enjoy festive music by this acapella singing group. 

12:10 – 12:50 pm – HIIT Fitness Class in the Gym 

Get in a high energy workout while you take a study break!  

1:00 – 5:00 pm Gym Drop In
